Classic Malted Milkshake with Malteser Rim

Ingredients
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
200ml full cream milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Saunders’ Malt Extract
¼ cup melted dark or milk chocolate (for rim)
¼ cup crushed Maltesers
Whipped cream, to top
Extra Maltesers, for garnish
1 tsp Saunders’ Malt Extract, for drizzling
Chocolate wafer straw, to serve
Method
Dip the rim of each glass into melted chocolate, then roll in crushed Maltesers. Set aside to firm up.
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, and Saunders’ Malt Extract. Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour the milkshake into your decorated glass.
Top with whipped cream, extra Maltesers, and a drizzle of Saunders’ Malt Extract.
Finish with a chocolate wafer straw and serve immediately.
