Ingredients
250g almond butter
75ml Saunders’ Malt Extract
60g desiccated coconut (plus extra if needed)
50g vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Melted white chocolate, for drizzling (optional)
Method
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
If the mixture is too dry, add more malt extract; if too wet, add more coconut.
Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving and dust with cinnamon.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
