Sweet, buttery, and malty, this playful twist on a classic treat is perfect for parties, afternoon tea, or a fun family snack that disappears in seconds. It’s Childhood nostalgia with a malty twist.

Preparation Time: 

10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 250g salted butter, softened

  • 2 heaped tbsp Saunders’ Malt Extract

  • 1 loaf brioche bread

  • Hundreds & thousands sprinkles, for topping

Method
  1. In a bowl, whip butter with Saunders’ Malt Extract until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Spread generously over slices of brioche bread.

  3. Top with hundreds & thousands.

  4. Slice into triangles and serve immediately.
