Ingredients
250g salted butter, softened
2 heaped tbsp Saunders’ Malt Extract
1 loaf brioche bread
Hundreds & thousands sprinkles, for topping
Method
In a bowl, whip butter with Saunders’ Malt Extract until smooth and fluffy.
Spread generously over slices of brioche bread.
Top with hundreds & thousands.
Slice into triangles and serve immediately.
