Ingredients
Ice cubes
1–2 shots espresso (depending on preference)
1 tbsp Saunders’ Malt Extract
150-200ml cold milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour hot espresso over the ice.
Stir in Saunders Malt Extract until dissolved.
Top with cold milk and stir gently.
Serve immediately — sip and enjoy!
